A 1 Ton Manual Chain Pulley Block is a mechanical lifting device used to manually lift or lower heavy loads up to 1,000 kilograms (1 ton) using a hand-operated chain system. It consists of a gear mechanism, load chain, and a hand chain enclosed in a durable metal housing. When the hand chain is pulled, the internal gearing multiplies the force, allowing a user to lift heavy objects with minimal effort. Fitted with forged hooks (top and bottom) and safety latches, it is commonly used in workshops, warehouses, construction sites, and industrial settings for safe, controlled vertical lifting.
